The latest version is now available, with loads of new features and improvements, and is backward compatible so all your existing forms will work as before.

Our Survey software has been enhanced, with a new dashboard, new question types and some great new features.

With formwize, creating and deploying a web based form, has never been easier.

We are running both the old and new versions in tandem for a while, so that you can check your old forms against the new version.

Both versions work to the same database so that your login and password are the same as before, and your results will appear on both. Any changes you make to one will appear on the other. The only thing you need to remember is that any of the new features you enable on the new version will be ignored by the old version.
